Our policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
Please be aware we cannot provide direct refunds due to the digital nature of our products and services. However, we offer store credit. In order to receive a credit for an undelivered product or service, you must first have contacted us using the “Helpdesk Widget” or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org, and confirmed the specific details with our team and received a response. Please be aware that due to the digital nature of our business, our team may live in any location globally and subsequently will be able to respond to your ticket within three (3) days (subject to factors such as local time zone, weekend & holiday timing, etc).
Please be aware that by purchasing a product through our web store, you agree that refunds will not be granted through Paypal or Authorize.net and that store credit will be provided instead. Additionally, you agree that any submitted dispute through Paypal or Authorize.net without first contacting Customer Support, will result in a total disclosure of any and all received communication (or lack thereof), to the payment processor, with a request to deny dispute.
To complete your credit exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase such as an order number.
